Trust the Process
Everything is interconnected. Trauma happens in isolation, and healing happens when we reconnect to our interdependence. When you begin to feel safe enough to know you don’t have to carry everything alone, that’s when healing begins. And when you heal, you not only nourish the relationships in your present, but you also bring healing to the generations that came before you and those to follow.
My own journey through anxiety and relational wounds led me on this path of becoming a therapist. My approach is human-centered and grounded in relational and somatic practices that integrate holistic care and mind-body awareness.
I work with individuals navigating trauma and relational stress, as well as couples and families ready to support one another’s growth and healing. I’m trauma-informed and collaborative, so we’ll work together to find the right flow and create a therapeutic space that feels supportive and authentic to you.
